Troy Roberts has been an employee of the Commonwealth since March of 1999. He was a Family Support Specialist in the Cabinet for Families and Children for 15 months. In June 2000, Troy accepted a position with the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, where he serves as an Enforcement Officer, investigating complaints of discrimination throughout the state.

He was selected in 2001 for participation in the Governor’s Minority Management Trainee Program.

Troy is a 1994 graduate of Saint Catharine College, with an Associate in Arts. He is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Sullivan University.

Troy resides in Louisville, with family. He is a member of the Downtown YMCA. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and playing basketball.
